Decorating for Christmas

The weekend after Thanksgiving we decided to start decorating.  Samantha and Daddy had already put up all the outside lights the week before so we concentrated on the indoor decorations.  Samantha was so helpful in making sure to move every item we placed around the house!  This just meant it took twice as long to decorate.  She didn't have any interest in decorating the tree but wanted desperately to play with the glass balls.  Needless to say, all of those are hung on the top half of the tree!

We decided to give her her own tree to decorate in hopes she wouldn't mess too much with the real tree.  So far, it has worked rather well!  It has kept her entertained quite a bit so far and was so easy to make.  I think I see more craft projects in our future!
